HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Standard shipping time is 6 to 18 Business Days from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on demand and your location, delivery time will vary.
DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY ACCORDING TO YOUR LOCAL SITUATION. MOST OF THE ORDERS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 10 TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS.
MY TRACKING NUMBER HASN'T BEEN UPDATED FOR X DAYS?
Most of the time, it means that your package is waiting for customs clearance and sadly we do not have any control over that. Please be patient you will receive your package within the next days.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered factories & warehouses located in Asia and Europe. As different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing, if you order more than one item, it may happen that your items will be shipped separately.
WILL I (THE CUSTOMER) HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEE?
For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but based on many factors, once in a blue moon, it can happen. Please take note that customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order when it occurs.
